Services we offer

Airport Help Desk-pick up and drop – We will arrange for a Universal Hospital branded car to pick you up & drop you off to Abu Dhabi / Dubai Airport (subject to availability).
Accommodation/Hotel – We can provide guidance/advice if required with regards to which hotels are most suitable for a specified budget set by you (patient) or are nearest to the Hospital.
Currency exchange – We can provide information on exchange rates and the nearest exchange house to the hospital to get your currency converted into the local currency (AED).
Interpretation services – We have a plethora of staff working at Universal Hospital and they are all multilingual. If you do not speak English confidently, please let us know which language interpreter you require and we will do our best to provide it.
Meals – Once you are in the hospital post –op, we will provide you with a state of the art ward, with award winning customized meals according to your dedicated Dietician to ensure you recuperate fully. If you have any special dietary requirements/food allergies, please inform the international patient transfer officer when you arrive.
Travel Desk – We have a dedicated international patients travel desk where any questions you may have regarding the process can be answered at any time.
Phone, TV, Internet – We have phone, TV, Internet access throughout the Hospital. If this is a service you require during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange this for you.
Dietary Plan – As mentioned above, if you have any special dietary requirements let us know. We have a specialist Dietician who will specially design a dietary plan you can follow post-op.
Café & Restaurant – We have a café and restaurant within the Hospital for any of your visitors who come to visit.
Pharmacy – open 24 hours. – We have a 24 hour pharmacy where all medication can be dispensed 24 hours a day.
Shopping – If you require any advice, we can let you know where all the well renowned shopping malls are located (i.e. The Galleria, Marina Mall, etc).
Relationship Manager – You will have a dedicated international patient’s care officer who will ensure any questions you have are answered.
Visa assistance – We can provide visa assistance where necessary and direct you to obtain the relevant visa you need depending on the passport you hold.
Providing News, Medical Updates, and information to patients relatives back home – We understand that coming to a new country for medical treatment is a daunting process. We will therefore ensure that your loved ones are kept at ease and abreast of all the relevant news with regards to the progress of your treatment at every stage.
