Complimentary television service is provided in each private room.
All private rooms have access to call any landline in the UAE, except in the Intensive Care Units. Your personal telephone extension number is mentioned on the phone in your room. Every room is provided with a directory that provides a list of internal telephones and important numbers. Local calls are free.
For calls within the Hospital– dial the extension directly or ask the operator at 900 to 905, or 938.
For local calls – ask the operator to connect the call.
The telephone charges, based on usage, will be billed at the time of patient discharge.
Any questions or complaints regarding your phone service should be directed to the Hospital Telephone Operator by dialing the above numbers.
The suites and private rooms have access to a high-speed Internet connection. You can ask the nursing staff to arrange connectivity with the IT department for using this service.
Vending machines are available throughout the hospital for snacks and soft drinks.
Safekeeping of Personal Items
Safekeeping of all personal belongings would solely be the responsibility of the patient/guest or the family member(s). All belongings including eyeglasses, ornaments, hearing aids, and dentures must be removed from the patient/guest when transferred to the operating area or ICU. If you need to store any precious items in the hospital vault, please check with the nursing staff.
In the interest of the patients’/guests’ and visitors’ health, a No Smoking Policy has been implemented throughout the Hospital. You are kindly requested to help maintain this for a clean and hygienic environment.
